GET REAL is call to action for every member of the Mayo Clinic community to consider the role they play in ensuring that every individual they encounter feels valued and heard in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
As an instructional designer, Jaquan collaborated with DEI experts to draft video scripts and animation storyboards. This page shares still images and storyboard directions a video on the concept of concept of Lateral Oppression. The stills were created by a visual animator. Jaquan is currently in the process of animating the illustrations using Adobe After Effects.
